The technical support contract is a comprehensive service that provides users with troubleshooting, bug fixes, and product updates for one year. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible support experience, and we guarantee that we will respond to e-mails within 1-8 hours of receiving them. Once we reply to your e-mail, we will start reproducing and troubleshooting issues within 48 hours. 

Updates are made available through the PGNPUpdate utility, a tool installed with the product, or by simply requesting them via e-mail. While we prefer to provide support via e-mails, we also offer phone and online sessions to assist you in any way we can. 

The technical support contract does not cover training, installation, new features development, or 1st level support for our customers' clients. Additionally, the support contract is optional and can be obtained as an extension of the default time-limited support included with a license.
