I bought some time ago a pgoledb for postgres license. I recently tried to activate my license via email, but I received the following message:
"The product key has already been activated with the maximum number of
computers."
Any idea on how to solved this.
The license was activated a while ago, and possibly became invalid because the memory size or other major system parameter changed. I have reset the license use counter, and the activation response was sent. In order to expedite the license re-activation in future, please send email to our support address.
