Hello. I took over as administrator for a server that has PGNP OLEDB Provider (32bit) installed on it and i found out that the windows application log is spammed by this warning:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: PGNP
Event Category: None
Event ID: 16388
Date: 8/3/2014
Time: 3:54:01 PM
User: N/A
Computer: computername
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 16388 ) in Source ( PGNP ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: PostgreSQL Native Provider Trial is used.

every 2 minutes i get 2 errors 1 second apart. Can i ask for your assistance in solving this problem.

The trial usually pops up "Trial Reminder" dialog when connection opens. However, if UI is not accessible, e.g. from linked server, it populates the message into EventsLog. The licensed version does not "spam" the EventsLog.
